Role Overview

Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Data Center. This role requires strong coordination across central, regional, and partner teams, hands-on campaign management skills, and the ability to develop content, manage budgets, and ensure pipeline impact through multi-channel execution (LinkedIn, Reddit, social selling, and regional activities). The candidate acts as a central orchestrator connecting strategy, execution, agencies, partners, and field teams. As complementation of campaign skills, a solid understanding of B2B data center business is required to develop sufficient Data Center storylines incorporating the sufficient portfolio offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including story creation, messaging frameworks, asset planning, and rollout coordination.
  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across different social media platforms—from content shaping to launch, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee the execution of the social selling program, including onboarding processes, content planning, campaign setup, and transition from engagement to lead-generation stages.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholder groups, including CoE teams, agencies, alliance partners (Intel, SUSE, NetApp etc), and country marketing teams.

 

2. Data Center Content Development & Asset Management

  • IT knowledge especially in the Data Center area as a proper understanding of the topic as well as the market is integral for creating compelling Data Center storylines.
  • Own the creation and delivery of campaign assets across sprints, including solution messaging, blogs, webpages, and supporting thought leadership content.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and agency teams to ensure timely development of assets.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and support sales enablement activities
  • Make campaign and solution assets available on internal and external platforms

 

3. Campaign Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor paid and organic campaign performance (reach, impressions, clicks, leads), identify optimization opportunities, and share insights with leadership and regional teams.
  • Leverage analytics to refine targeting, improve ROI, and maximize conversion-to-pipeline across LinkedIn, Reddit, and social selling platforms.

 

4. Regional Enablement & Support

  • Guide regional teams in planning, structuring, and executing local marketing activities that align with the central campaign direction.
  • Provide consistent enablement, documentation, and follow-up to ensure countries upload and nurture leads within Salesforce campaigns.
  • Adapt campaign structures to varying country requirements and continuously support execution readiness.

 

5. Budget Management & Governance

  • Manage end-to-end budget planning, approvals, and reconciliation processes across different partner funding frameworks.
  • Track regional and central budgets, ensuring transparency, compliance, and timely completion of refunding and cross-charging processes.
  • Ensure financial documentation and rigor needed for Intel budget settlement and future funding approvals.
