The role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end Inventory, Hardware Asset, and License Management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and optimal utilization of assets throughout their lifecycle. The incumbent will support SAP‑based transactions related to inventory, procurement, and order management, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating procurement activities, managing vendor interactions, creating and tracking purchase orders, processing and fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements. The role also involves maintaining compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies, supporting audits, resolving operational issues, and contributing to cost optimization and process efficiency initiatives.
