Role Purpose:To support business operations by providing bilingual assistance in Japanese and English, focusing on translation, documentation, and direct collaboration with global counterparts - especially teams based in Japan. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate process documentation, and contributes to operational efficiency in a hybrid work setup aligned with Japan business hours.
Job Description:Translate between Japanese and English (JP–EN / EN–JP)Create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervisionUse Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficientlyCommunicate effectively in both Japanese and EnglishWork directly with global counterparts, especially teams based in JapanParticipating in project activities to improve bilingual skills in a fun and engaging wayAble to manage customers’ concerns or queriesA members should have 3-5 years of experience directly working with Japanese customers.Open mindset to adopt new and advance technologies.
