Job Responsibilities

• Develop 18-month customer demand forecast to support supply-chain loading and budget development
• Partner with Sales to collect, analyze, and align customer demand requirements and timing assumptions

• Collaborate with Product Line Management and Operations on product lifecycle management, including unit strategy, New Product Introductions (NPIs), and product discontinuations
• Support co-planning‑ activities with external customers, including customer forecast analysis, content development, and executive ‑level presentations

• Support vendor relationships including managing forecasts, contributing to supply process, and giving executive-level presentations

• Coordinate with the Budget Management team by providing an unconstrained customer demand view and accurate pricing inputs to support baseline revenue planning
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the business unit by developing and leveraging Qlik dashboards, utilizing AI to improve efficiency, and improving communication through internal tools
• Define, track, and execute Demand Management KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, and attainment metrics

• Collaborate with Japan counterparts on demand forecasts, customer needs, and trends seen in North American markets

• Present monthly forecast projections and insights to Executive team as part of the Demand Plan Review process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree or 2+ years of experience in demand forecasting, planning, or related analytical role
• Strong IT proficiency with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)
• SAP experience preferred
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation, skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Confidence to represent customer and industry perspectives in internal discussions and decision-making‑ forums
• Ability to balance short-term responsiveness with ‑long-term‑ process improvement and implementation planning
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex, cross functional‑ initiatives

• Strong team player and comfortable working in remote team environment
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative, self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, proactive

1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $70,930 to $101,329 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
