About the role
Persona is a cloud-based HR software product developed in Estonia with 30 years of experience, combining HR management, time tracking, payroll, and a self-service environment for employees and managers into one unified system. This allows us to help companies consolidate all HR-related processes efficiently into a single platform.
We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team of 15, someone who enjoys daily work with clients and can keep a clear head even when multiple topics are on the table at once. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to assist with the use and configuration of Persona HR software.
Your main responsibilities
- Resolving day-to-day questions from Persona HR SaaS software users by phone and email;
- Providing daily consulting to clients on HR, payroll, work schedules, and other Persona functionalities;
- Communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and resolving issues promptly;
- Configuring Persona software according to client needs (e.g. workflows, rules, and settings);
- Guiding and training clients for smooth use of the software;
- Documenting client requests and managing solutions in support systems;
- Collaborating with the development team on more complex cases.
We expect from you
- Previous experience in a customer support, helpdesk, or consultant role;
- A solid understanding of and at least 3 years of experience in HR and payroll;
- At least 3 years of experience using HR or business software, and preferably implementing it - experience with Persona software is an advantage;
- Excellent Estonian language skills and good English, both spoken and written;
- The ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and in a client-centred manner, even in high-pressure situations;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand clients' business processes;
- Strong problem-solving skills, a systematic approach to work, and comfort with everyday use of AI;
- Precision, conscientiousness, and a sense of responsibility.
