What you'll do

  • Department Support: Assist the Department Manager in maintaining high standards across all functions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth business operations within the Governance & Business Assurance framework.
  • Team Coordination: Manage business support functions for the Oceania Governance and Business Assurance team.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain team reports, databases, and portals; model best practices in document control.
  • Communication Management: Handle shared inbox queries professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Governance Calendar: Organize and manage the Group Bid Review calendar and stakeholder attendance.
  • Meeting Management: Create, validate, and publish meeting minutes; track and follow up on action items.
  • Daily Operations: Support the team and escalate complex issues to the Governance & Business Assurance Manager.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
