- Minimum 10 years of experience in SQL Server administration
- Advanced knowledge of:
- SQL Server OLTP
- AlwaysOn Availability Groups
- Azure SQL
- Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization
- Experience in application troubleshooting in .NET and IIS stacks
- Knowledge of OLAP and SSIS (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid architectures (preferred)
- High level of documentation rigor and attention to detail
- Strong autonomy, analytical skills and sense of responsibility
