About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EMEA Channel Partner Operations & Tool Support Specialist to manage and enhance our partner programs and associated tools across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our channel ecosystem, supporting our partners, maintaining data integrity, and driving tool improvements. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal and external starkeholders regarding tool-related inquiries and will play a pivotal role in the continuous development and optimization of our partner-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- E2Open Distributor Reporting Management:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of distributors within the E2Open reporting tool.
- Collaborate with Distributor Account Managers (DAMs) to ensure accurate and compliant distributor reporting through E2Open.
- Conduct quality analysis of distributor reporting data in E2Open, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Provide feedback and drive continuous data improvement between the E2Open tool and financial workflows.
- Perform monthly checks on unmapped E2Open sell-out revenue and ensure mapping adheres to established guidelines.
- Partner Extranet & Customer Partner Portal (CPP) Management:
- Provide first-level technical support for the partner extranet across EMEIA (excluding Central Europe), troubleshooting and resolving issues within a 48-hour SLA.
- Escalate complex extranet issues to relevant internal teams for advanced resolution.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to the Customer Partner Portal (CPP) across all EMEA regions.
- Manage and execute both country-specific and central content updates on the CPP.
- Diagnose and resolve reported errors on the CPP platform.
- Support the migration to the new CPP platform in Salesforce PRM. Responsible to create pages using SFDC PRM software.
- Propose and implement structural optimizations for the CPP to enhance usability and navigation.
- Support the Legal team with regular updates required for channel-related extranet terms and conditions.
- Channel Tool Documentation:
- Develop detailed specifications for new and existing channel tools, outlining functional and technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, for various channel tools. Keep material up to date.
- Partner Dashboard Data Accuracy:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data displayed on partner dashboards through regular verification processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any identified data accuracy issues on the partner dashboard.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC):
- Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external regarding inquiries related to your managed tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner program management, channel operations, or similar roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding and experience with channel-facing tools and platforms (e.g., PRM systems, extranets, portals).
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., E2Open or similar distributor reporting platforms) is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation and training materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to develop a deep, very detailed understanding of End-to-End processes to assess tool- and revenue flow implications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
