Required Knowledge and Experience:
1. Functional and Technical Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management, including:
- Time Off (Leave Management)
- Time Sheet (Attendance Recording)
- Time Valuation
- Work Schedule Management
- Proven experience in configuring Time Management modules, including MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- Familiarity with integrations to SAP HCM Time, SAP Payroll, or third-party time/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos) is a strong advantage.
2. Project Experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Management implementations or roll-outs.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support).
- Familiarity with AzureDevOps, ServiceNow
3. Technical Skills
- Proficient in:
- SuccessFactors Business Rules
- MDF Object management and customization
- Integration Center, and ideally SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reports, Canvas Reports)
- Basic understanding of general integration principles is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team
5. Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Time Management is preferred (or required depending on the role)
