Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant with 5 to 10 years experience in delivering Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) solutions for organizations across various industries. Expert at configuring performance templates, goal libraries, route maps, competencies, and continuous performance management features to drive employee development and organizational alignment.
 
Well-versed in aligning HR strategy with SuccessFactors best practices, from goal setting and cascading to performance evaluation and development planning. Strong experience in end-to-end implementations, user training, testing, and post-go-live support.
