Note that this vacancy is Remote, but our candidates must be based in Portugal. We will not move forward with applicants based outside of Portugal.
 
Highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions across diverse global organizations. Specialized in managing the full learning lifecycle, including online, instructor-led, and blended learning programs.
 
Proven ability to translate business learning strategies into scalable SuccessFactors Learning solutions. Expertise in Learning Management configuration, content integration, compliance training, reporting, and seamless integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy).
