We are looking for:
Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant with 5 to 10 years of success in delivering end-to-end talent management solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. Expert in configuring and optimizing Succession Planning and Career Development Planning modules to support future workforce readiness and individual employee growth.
Strong track record of working with HR leaders to design talent strategies, build talent pools, enable career path, and implement calibration sessions. Adept at managing configuration, user roles, workflows, and dashboards that drive transparency and data-driven talent decisions.

- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant

- SAP Certified – Employee Central (recommended)
