Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Transition: Support development of new and existing of Power BI Dashboards
- Data Integration: Work with various data sources to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy within the new dashboards.
- Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive reporting dashboards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, data models, and transition processes.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve issues and optimize dashboard performance.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of developed dashboards and reports.
- Expertise in data modelling, DAX, within Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Immediate availability for a 12-month contract.
Good To Have (Training will be provided if not present):
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, including Qlik Sense scripting, data modelling, set analysis, and visualization best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
