Our Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) establishes global marketing execution through a centralized, optimized network of marketing-focused resources. The Marketing CoE operates across Portugal, Philippines and Japan.
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Data Analyst to support our performance marketing and demand generation efforts. In this role, you will analyze campaign data across multiple platforms, ensure accurate tracking, and provide insights that help optimize digital strategy. You will work closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and overall ROI.
What will be your responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and website analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across campaigns and platforms.
- Assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and audience targeting.
- Partner with the marketing team to interpret data insights and inform strategy.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to address data needs and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking implementation across all platforms.
- Work with Legal and Marketing Automation teams to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional legal frameworks.
- Support initiatives for data integrity, normalization, and governance.
- Respond to data-related queries and establish processes to improve data efficiency.
What expertise and experience are required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
- Knowledge and practical experience in data modeling for reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Python, or similar languages for advanced data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with effective time management.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and legal compliance (GDPR, etc.).
- Commitment to driving innovation and improving data utilization
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement platforms.
- Background in B2B marketing
