Overall lead for all technical / translation efforts and deliverables of the team offshore / onsite.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand various tools, processes and security compliance matters related to the project.
• Provide technical/translation guidance and support to the team.
• Create or assign technical or translation specifications / project deliverables.
• Serve as the Onsite/Offshore Coordinator.
• Provide project estimation.
• Design systems or applications based on client's requirements.
• Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
• Create test specifications and execute testing.
• Conduct review of technical work outputs.
• Bug fixing, enhancements, and handle Change Requests.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor.
  a. Can be part of Buss Development for pre-sales or opportunity engagement
  b. Possible assignment also in PMO – business or operational area
  c. Or any other leadership responsibilities in areas where skills can be honed further
