Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Communication Specialist to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes bilingual communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management aligned with KM transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with KM and change management goals.
- Translate complex technical and organizational changes into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with change leads, project managers, and executive sponsors to ensure consistent messaging.
- Create and manage communication materials including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and intranet content.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through targeted campaigns, workshops, and feedback loops.
- Ensure all communications meet Government of Canada accessibility and bilingual standards.
- Support training and onboarding efforts with tailored communication plans.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics.
Mandatory Skills
- Professional proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience developing and executing communication plans tailored to change initiatives.
- Skilled in translating complex technical or organizational changes into clear, engaging messages.
- Experience working with executives, SMEs, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Skilled in crisis communication and inclusive messaging to support diverse teams.
- Experience mobilizing coalitions of leaders and managing resistance through targeted engagement.
- Skilled in audience segmentation, channel strategy, and message alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Direct involvement in KM system transitions, including document migration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps for managing distributed communications.
- Familiarity with federal organizational structures and accessibility standards.
Nice to Have Skills
- Exposure to AI tools for content management or communication automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI agents).
- Master’s degree or graduate certificate in Public Administration, Communication, or Project Management.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with knowledge management systems, taxonomy development, and document migration.
- Familiarity with hybrid Agile approaches and managing bilingual teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in government projects.
General Requirements
- Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.
- Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Eligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.

The pay range for this position is estimated at $78,086 to $100,397 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
