Job Title: .Net Support Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BizTalk, .NET Framework, ASP.NET (4.7.x including MVC), Web Development, SSRS Reporting, and Microsoft SQL Server. This role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support & Maintenance:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed.
Integration & Development Support:
- Support BizTalk integrations and manage message flows, orchestrations, and pipelines.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing .NET and ASP.NET MVC applications.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy patches, updates, and new features.
Database & Reporting:
- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and triggers.
- Design and maintain SSRS reports for business intelligence and operational needs.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in BizTalk Server administration and development.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
- Solid understanding of Web Development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS Reporting.
- Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, web services (SOAP/REST), and API management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Exposure to performance tuning and security hardening for applications.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
