Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Technical Lead Consultant to drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. This critical role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in both traditional EBS RICEW objects and modern Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and an understanding of Oracle AI/ML capabilities. The Technical Lead will not only possess hands-on development prowess but also provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful, scalable, and high-quality deliverables. Excellent communication skills are paramount for collaborating with functional teams, clients, and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for complex Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and integration projects.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions that align with client business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Mentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC):
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Expertise in OIC integrations, orchestrations, adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP Cloud, EBS, Database), and error handling strategies.
• Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS):
• Lead the design and development of dynamic web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for custom user interfaces and extensions to Oracle Fusion.
• Leverage VBCS for creating engaging user experiences and extending Oracle SaaS functionalities.
• Oracle APEX:
• Architect and develop custom applications and extensions using Oracle APEX, primarily for EBS environments but also recognizing its role in hybrid solutions.
• Optimize APEX applications for performance and user experience.
• Oracle AI/ML (Knowledge & Application):
• Understand and evaluate Oracle's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning services for potential use cases within Oracle Cloud applications.
• Advise on incorporating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Intelligent Digital Assistant, Anomaly Detection) to enhance business processes or data analysis.
• Oracle EBS - RICEW Development:
• Expert-level hands-on development and optimization of EBS RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OA Framework, and/or ADF within the EBS context.
• Experience with EBS technical architecture, concurrent programs, Flexfields, and personalizations.
• Technical Design & Documentation:
• Create detailed technical design specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for all developed solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and best practices.
• Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies across Oracle applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of technical deliverables.
• Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and contribute to solution presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Oracle applications development and technical consulting.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role demonstrating leadership in Oracle solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with both Oracle EBS (R12 preferred) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for complex integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for building extensions and custom UIs.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle APEX for application development.
• Solid understanding of Oracle AI/ML services and their potential applications.
• Deep and current experience with Oracle EBS RICEW development, including PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, ADF, and/or OA Framework.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Java (for ADF/OIC extensions), JavaScript (for VBCS).
• Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON.
• Familiarity with Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle security models across EBS and Fusion.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves):

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) foundational knowledge and experience.
• Oracle Certifications in OIC, VBCS, APEX, or Oracle Cloud Architect.
• Experience in data migration strategies and tools (e.g., FBDI, ADFDi).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Oracle Cloud environments.
• Experience with other Oracle PaaS services (e.g., ATP, JCS).
