ServiceNow Technical Tester: 
Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Fujitsu SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Consultant (Tester), with strong ServiceNow related design and development experience to join our dynamic solutions team.
Role and Accountabilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow Quality Assurance (QA) Tester with a strong understanding of ServiceNow's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Vendor Management modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, performance, and user experience of our ServiceNow implementations.
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
•    Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and user stories.•    Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, with a specific focus on TPRM, IRM, and Vendor Management.
•    Identify test data requirements and facilitate their creation.
•    Execute manual and automated test cases across various test cycles (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
•    Perform thorough testing of ServiceNow Workflows, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workspaces to validate functionality and user experience.
•    Test specific functionalities within TPRM (e.g., vendor risk assessments, due diligence flows, continuous monitoring), IRM (e.g., policy lifecycle, risk identification, control testing, audit management), and Vendor Management (e.g., vendor onboarding, performance tracking, contract management).
•    Document test results, track defects, and retest bug fixes in a timely and efficient manner using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Test Management).
•    Provide clear and concise defect reports, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
•    Communicate test progress, results, and risks to project teams and stakeholders.
•    Verify that developed ServiceNow solutions align with original business requirements and design specifications.
•    Actively participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
•    Work closely with developers to understand technical designs and assist in defect resolution.
•    Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, guiding business users and collecting feedback.
•    Participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings.
•    Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
•    Stay current with new ServiceNow features and testing best practices.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing, particularly in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).•    Proven experience in integration testing, including API testing (REST/SOAP) and data validation across connected systems.
•    Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., Functional, Regression, UAT, System Integration Testing).
•    Strong practical experience in testing ServiceNow Vendor Management functionality.
•    Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow Workflows (Flow Designer), Service Catalog (Catalog Items, Record Producers), and Workspaces.
•    Experience with various testing types (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
•    Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Test Management, ALM).
•    Ability to read and understand technical documentation (e.g., functional specifications, technical designs).
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum team environment.

Preferred:
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
•    Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for ServiceNow (e.g., ATF, Selenium, Cypress).
•    Understanding of ITIL principles.
•    Experience with SQL or database querying for test data validation.
•    ISTQB certification or similar.
•    Familiarity with GRC frameworks and concepts.
•    ITIL Certification.
•    Any other relevant certifications in software testing or security.
