Job Description: 

We are hiring a Salesforce Consultant (4+ years) to drive end-to-end delivery of a large-scale inventory transformation program, with Glovia OM as the central inventory platform.

Candidate will own:

• Solution architecture
• Integration design
• Inventory orchestration
• Delivery governance

Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Define architecture across:
• Glovia OM (Inventory SSoT)
• POS, ERP/WMS
• APIGEE (API gateway)
• Design:
• Event-driven inventory model
• Stock buckets & state transitions
• Reservation & allocation logic

🔹 2. Inventory & OMS Functional Leadership

Own implementation of:

• Central Inventory Visibility
• Inventory State Management (SF, SNF, NS)
• Reservation / Allocation (Soft & Hard Locks)
• Omnichannel Fulfilment
• BOPIS, Click & Collect, C&C Now
• Serialized Inventory (IMEI-level tracking)
• Returns & Non-sellable inventory flows

🔹 3. Integration Architecture

• Lead integrations:
• POS → APIGEE → Glovia
• ERP / WMS ↔ OMS
• Define:
• API contracts, payloads
• Idempotency & retry strategies
• Security (OAuth, mTLS)

🔹 4. Data, Migration & Cutover

• Lead:
• Data migration strategy
• Opening balances & reconciliation
• Cutover planning & rollback

🔹 5. Configuration & Customization

• Configure:
• Inventory locations, stock buckets
• Allocation rules
• Fulfilment flows
• Build:
• Custom services (IMEI validation, reconciliation jobs, etc.)

🔹 6. Testing, Release & Hypercare

• Oversee:
• SIT, UAT, regression testing
• Drive:
• Go-Live & Hypercare
• L2/L3 support readiness

🔹 7. Reporting & Audit

• Implement:
• Inventory traceability
• Audit trails & reconciliation
• Event replay capability

🔹 8. Stakeholder & Agile Leadership

• Lead:
• Fit-gap workshops
• Sprint planning & governance
• Manage:
• Business stakeholders & cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• 4+ years Salesforce / OMS experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Inventory & fulfilment systems
• API-led architecture
• Event-driven systems
• Deep understanding of:
• SKU / variant modeling
• Inventory allocation logic
• Omnichannel fulfilment

Must-Have Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform App Builder (or equivalent)
• Javascript Developer
• Sales Cloud Certification

Highly Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Application Architect
• APIGEE Certification (or equivalent API platform)
