Job Description:
Design, develop, configure, and implement OnBase and Brainware solutions, including document types, keywords, workflow, unity forms, custom integrations, reporting, and Brainware capture processes (e.g., templates, extraction rules, verification).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new and existing OnBase/Brainware initiatives.
Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of OnBase and Brainware environments.
Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for OnBase and Brainware applications, working with vendor support as needed.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and administering Hyland OnBase and Hyland Brainware solutions.
Understanding of document management best practices, records management, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must have hands-on experience with Unity Script (C#) and SQL scripts.
