SERVICENOW ITSM CONFIGURATION & DEVELOPMENT | SERVICENOW SCRIPTING & AUTOMATION | INTEGRATIONS & API DEVELOPMENT
Role and Accountabilities:
We are looking for an experienced Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Now Mobile to design, implement, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions. This role focuses on translating business and functional requirements into high-quality technical configurations while ensuring platform best practices and long-term maintainability.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong technical problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering user-centric, enterprise-grade solutions.Key Responsibilities
• Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge)
• Design and build Now Mobile experiences, including mobile workflows, forms, UI policies, and user interactions
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and configurations
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements across ServiceNow instances
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance and usability issues
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment plans
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to junior team members when neededRequired Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent / ServiceNow Assist) & AI configuration and scripting
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Solid understanding and practical experience with ITSM processes and workflows
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server)
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, Virtual Agent).
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (CMDB, Discovery, Asset, or HRSD).
