Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Role Summary
Looking for 5+ years experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules and good knowledge of Power Apps / Power Platform to design, implement, and support CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles
- Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes
- Develop Power Apps (model‑driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
- Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third‑party systems
- Provide UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Customer Service modules
- Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Good understanding of CRM security and data model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Multi‑country CRM implementation experience
- Power BI or Azure integration exposure
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
