Job Description

Manage Control-M administration at Level 2/3 for complex infrastructure and environments.

Schedule jobs, monitor job executions, and troubleshoot issues related to SAP, OS, Database, file transfers, etc.

Install and troubleshoot Control-M agents.

Diagnose and resolve Control-M server issues, including handling critical incidents.

Manage integrations using plugins and API-based connections with other infrastructure services.

Set up and maintain high availability of the Control-M environment in a large infrastructure setup.

Maintain, upgrade, and patch the Control-M environment, and provide recommendations for value addition.

Document technical solutions and develop SOPs for the monitoring team.

Work with Linux, Unix, and Windows Environment (mandatory).

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing job flows and scheduling systems.

Use ServiceNow ITSM tool for incident and change management.

Basic scripting and batch knowledge are required.

Self-driven, committed, process-oriented, and capable of handling challenging situations.

Open to taking up additional responsibilities as needed.
