Job Description:
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with a focus on Operations or Strategy
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting or operations
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply chain transformation projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors
- Familiarity with global supply chain networks and regulatory environments
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for clients, including network optimization, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
- Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and analysts
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to executive leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Expertise in supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, or Kinaxis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of logistics, procurement, production planning, and inventory control
Nice-to-Have Skills & Certifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience with AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and ESG compliance in supply chains
- Knowledge of digital twin technology or blockchain in logistics
- Multilingual capabilities for global client engagement
