Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow WSD Developer to join our ServiceNow Team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow Workspace Service Delivery (WSD) module, especially around Facilities Management, Workplace Reservation Management, Space Management, and Maintenance Workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure applications and modules using ServiceNow WSD (Workspace Service Delivery), including:
- Workplace Reservation Management
- Facilities Request Management
- Maintenance Management
- Space Planning and Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to workplace services.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal, Agent Workspace, and Mobile Studio configurations relevant to WSD use cases.
- Implement flow designer, business rules, UI policies/actions, script includes, and other ServiceNow configurations.
- Ensure smooth integration between ServiceNow WSD and other modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or third-party facilities tools.
- Perform unit testing, create technical documentation, and support UAT and go-live.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team to ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues and provide operational support post-deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow WSD and Facilities Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Workplace Reservation & Visitor Management
- Facilities Maintenance Requests and Work Orders
- Space Management, Floor Plans, and CAD Integration
- Workplace Mobile App configuration
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and web technologies.
- Experience in ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and UI/UX customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or WSD Accreditation preferred.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of CAD file ingestion, AutoCAD integration, or BIM standards.
- ServiceNow Integration knowledge with 3rd party tools.
- Experience in ServiceNow Workplace Indoor Mapping (WIM).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, or FSM modules.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in sprints.
