Role and Accountabilities:
- This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record of Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules across ITSM and other enterprise workflows.
- The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, extensive implementation experience, and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, - Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, and other enterprise workflows (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, etc.).
Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions in ServiceNow. - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, UI actions, client/server scripts, and business rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create implementation plans, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Conduct solution design reviews, testing, user training, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Assist in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
- Document technical specifications, use cases, and test scenarios.
Coach and advise other Developers.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementations.
- Strong experience implementing and configuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.).
- Experience with at least two or more ServiceNow modules outside ITSM (e.gHAM, SAM,).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. - Must have strong requirements gathering experience.
