Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - HAM/SAM Implementation-2987

Location: Pune , Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai , Noida

Shifts: UK Shift-2 PM to 11 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+yrs

Role and Accountabilities:

  • This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record of Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules across ITSM and other enterprise workflows.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, extensive implementation experience, and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
    Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, 
  • Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, and other enterprise workflows (e.g., HRSD, CSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, etc.).
    Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, UI actions, client/server scripts, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create implementation plans, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct solution design reviews, testing, user training, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Assist in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
  • Document technical specifications, use cases, and test scenarios.
    Coach and advise other Developers.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementations.
  • Strong experience implementing and configuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.).
  • Experience with at least two or more ServiceNow modules outside ITSM (e.gHAM, SAM,).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
    Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Must have strong requirements gathering experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Certifications

  • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator,
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
