Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce OMS / Inventory Consultant to support the implementation of an enterprise-grade inventory and order management platform, where Glovia OM acts as the Single Source of Truth (SSoT).
Candidate will work in an Agile team contributing to:
- Inventory workflows
- API integrations
- Data handling & testing
- Omnichannel fulfilment use cases
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Salesforce & OMS Development
- Configure and customize Salesforce / OMS / Glovia modules
- Develop using:
- Apex, LWC, Flows
- Support implementation of:
- Inventory lifecycle (receiving → allocation → fulfilment → returns)
🔹 2. Inventory Process Implementation
Assist in building:
- Central Inventory Visibility
- Stock Buckets
- Sellable Free (SF), Sellable Not Free (SNF), Non-Sellable (NS)
- Reservation (Soft Lock) & Allocation (Hard Lock)
- Omnichannel Fulfilment
- BOPIS, Click & Collect
- SKU / Variant Management
- Serialized Inventory (IMEI / serial tracking)
🔹 3. Integration Support
- Work on integrations between:
- POS → APIGEE → Glovia
- ERP / WMS systems
- Support:
- API development (REST)
- Payload validation
- Basic error handling
🔹 4. Data & Inventory Handling
- Support:
- Data migration & validation
- Inventory reconciliation
- SKU and product data setup
🔹 5. Testing & QA
- Perform:
- Unit testing
- SIT/UAT support
- Fix defects and support regression testing
🔹 6. Agile Delivery
- Participate in:
- Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews
- Work on user stories and backlog tasks
Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development
- Strong in:
- Apex, SOQL
- LWC / Aura
- Flows
- Basic understanding of:
- Inventory lifecycle
- Order Management systems
- REST APIs
Must-Have Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Javascript Developer
