Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The role of an Oracle R12 EBS Technical Consultant (Data Mapping & More4Apps)
• Requires 6–7 years of experience and involves working in a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST shift.
• The consultant should be a strong technical professional with expertise in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite and industry best practices
• Providing deep technical support across requirement analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and deployment.
• They must ensure alignment between solution design, current business needs, and future roadmaps, while collaborating closely with on-site client teams and Fujitsu teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• This role also involves coordinating with offshore teams to guide development tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and independently managing stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Mandatory technical skills include

• Oracle R12 EBS development experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, UNIX shell scripting, AOL, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and preferably OA Framework.
• Candidates must have solid experience with data mapping, migration, and conversion across Oracle EBS data structures, along with hands-on exposure to More4Apps tools for data uploads, cleansing, and migration.
• Expertise in RICEW components and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies is essential, and exposure to integrations using Oracle SOA, OSB, or OIC is preferred.

Desirable additional skills include

• PL/SQL and interface performance tuning, knowledge of BI tools such as ODI and OBIEE, and experience leading offshore development teams.
• Key skills for the lead developer profile include strong Oracle R12 EBS technical expertise (SQL/PL SQL), Oracle database table mapping for manufacturing and supply chain, and working knowledge of More4Apps.
