Job Description: 

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and semantic models to reduce and manage a high‑volume reporting backlog
• Translate business requirements into reusable Power BI and Fabric‑based analytics solutions following AMS delivery standards
• Design and optimize Power BI semantic models (star schemas, measures, calculations) using DAX and Power Query aligned to enterprise data models
• Support Power BI Fabric capabilities including Lakehouse, Warehouse, semantic models, and integration with OneLake where applicable
• Enable and support Power BI self‑service analytics through curated datasets, documentation, and governed access patterns
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, data warehouses, Fabric data stores, and cloud platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance, refresh reliability, and user experience in Power BI Service
• Implement security and governance practices including Row‑Level Security (RLS), workspace standards, and deployment pipelines
• Provide operational support within an AMS model, including incident resolution, enhancements, change requests, and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and AMS leads to align reporting solutions with enterprise analytics architecture

Required Qualifications 

• Proven experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions in a delivery, support, or managed services environment
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M)
• Solid understanding of data modelling, dimensional design, and analytical best practices
• Experience working with SQL and relational data sources
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work items within SLA‑driven or backlog‑based delivery models 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, semantic models)
• Familiarity with AMS or application support operating models
• Exposure to CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and Power BI governance frameworks
• Experience supporting diverse business users across finance, operations, sales, or executive reporting
• Minimum of 8 Years Power BI Experience
• Previous work experience of Manufacturing / Healthcare & Pharma Industry is a big plus
