You will also be responsible for and collaborating with customer-faced support teams as well as business team interacting with customers.As part of Fujitsu global development team, you will be working with and coordinating with engineering teams across globe and local partner staff.You will be required to:Analyze, reproduce, debug, and resolve issues reported by internal and/or external customers in a timely manner.Provide guidance and work with local partner/contractor staff.Work with engineering teams across globe. Occasional travel is required.Ability to learn new technologies quickly.Should be able to move from one assignment to another quickly with little to no ramp up time.Communicate status in a clear and concise manner.Communicates and escalates issues in a timely manner.
