- Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 domain with focus on Multiuser Massive MIMO Scheduler.
- Knowledge of Massive MIMO technology.
- Experience in Layer 2 Scheduler/MAC areas, Basic knowledge of 5G NR, RLC/FAPI.
- C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization environment.
- Authoring design documents/ delivering BL items.
- Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML methods
