  • Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 – Multiuser Massive MIMO Scheduler Area and MAC.
  • Solid knowledge of the Massive MIMO technology and ARM/Intel based processors.
  • Experience/Knowledge of one or more of RLC/MAC/PHY/RRC/PDCP.
  • C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization environment.
  • Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.
  • Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
