Overview
Contribute to our company's sustainable growth and increase corporate value, we will oversee the Corporate Management Department. Our most important mission is to strengthen and promote strategic human resources functions that are directly linked to our management strategies, while promoting organizational management and functional optimization.
As a "strategic human resources partner," we provide advice on policy formulation and support for implementation of related procedures to maximize organizational performance and realize business plans.
Responsible for not only personnel matters but also matters related to the overall corporate functions of the company.
We collaborate with the leaders of each organization, including management, to provide advice and implementation support.
Responsible for global common program execution in India in collaboration with HR in Japan and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation and implementation of strategy by Corporate Management Department Details
#1 Strategy formulation: Responsible for formulating and implementing human resources strategies based on business strategies and plans.
#2 Personnel planning: Support the formulation of medium- to long-term resource plans to achieve business plans.
#3 Organizational Design: Advice and make recommendations to management on how to promote business and structure the organization in accordance with
business conditions.
#4 Recruitment: Based on the headcount plan, analyse the needs of the department and manage the team to deliver the right talent from the market in a timely manner. We also improve the employee experience by developing an onboarding program.
#5 Organizational Development: Build a strong organizational foundation to support sustainable growth through increased engagement, culture, and diversity and inclusion. Supervise compliance with labour laws and regulations and appropriate management of labour-management relations.
#6 Human Resources Development: We will formulate and implement strategic development programs to enhance our global competitiveness by gathering needs from business managers and senior employees of the divisions in charge and building a human resource portfolio with diverse expertise.
#7 System design: Manage the design and operation of globally competitive evaluation and compensation systems from a wide range of business, market, and global perspectives, and supervise compliance with labour laws and regulations and the appropriate management of labour-management relations.
#6 Risk: Supervises guidance, education, and dissemination of internal compliance and employee awareness regarding compliance and risk management.
#7 Operations: Comprehensive understanding of the various procedures of the corporate department and promotion of efficiency to improve employee services and reduce costs.
Manage IT Systems Division Managers
• Supervises office environment improvement, asset management, facility management, establishment and operation of crisis management system, and promotion of welfare measures.
• Work closely with shared service delivery functions in legal and finance functions to help maintain and improve company-wide legal risk management, compliance, and financial health.
• Oversees shared service SLA management to ensure service quality and efficiency.
#8 Team: Set goals and challenges for your organization (A.I) and, through communication, motivate staff to achieve great results in achieving those goals.

■Qualifications (Experience)
• MBA from a reputed college preferred.
• Experience as a human resources manager or equivalent position in a company with more than a few hundred employees
• Human resources experience at a software/firmware development company.
• Experience in management of corporate functions such as general affairs and IT systems other than human resources
• Experience working at a multi-national company.
