Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant - SAP MDG

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad

Shift: 13:30PM-9:30PM

Responsibilities :

• Due diligence ,Knowledge transition from project team, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilization, operation.
• Work on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Prepare relevant document like – SOP,FS/TS, Test scripts etc.
• Coordination with BPO/Business users for requirement gathering /clarifications.
• Serve as key team member for SAP AMS Services in SAP – MDG (Master Data Governance) area.
• Daily, weekly, Monthly reporting to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps in different activities.
• Drive continuous improvement ,automation.

Qualifications :

• Overall,  5-7 years of SAP related experience in SAP – MDG (Master Data Governance)
• Good understanding of SAP –MDG processes and data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.)Good support experience with excellent exposure in minor / major enhancement in Data Modelling, Process Modelling and UI modelling. Added with BRF+ customization.
• Experience in working on AMS project on S/4 HANA multi-tiered SAP environment.
• Should be aware about AMS life cycle including due diligence, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilization, operation.
• Must have worked on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests.
• Should be familiar with SLAs.
• Should be familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now etc.
• Integration Knowledge with different SAP modules and legacy systems. Knowledge on interfaces, background jobs, enhancements, and standard reporting functionality.
• Ability to understand complex system landscape & configuration considering the E2E SAP -MDG process.
• Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and IT Teams toward developing a best practice process, quality and efficiencies for OneERP Good communication skills, handling client communication along with offshore / onsite team
