We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support and enhance the CQS module within our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing production support to end users, handling client communications, resolving Salesforce-related queries, performing data backup activities, and contributing to ongoing enhancements and bug fixes.This role requires expertise in Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, REST integrations, and Salesforce Administration.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production support for users of the CQS module and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Take regular backups of complete CQS data and ensure data integrity and availability.
* Respond to client emails and messages regarding bugs, enhancements, and functional queries related to CQS.
* Act as the primary point of contact for end users and stakeholders for Salesforce support activities.
* Analyse and respond to Salesforce technical queries based on existing platform capabilities.
* Perform Salesforce administrative activities including user management, reports, dashboards, profiles, permissions.Technical Skills:
* Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
* Proficiency in:
* Apex
* Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Aura Components
* Salesforce Administration
* Experience in Salesforce production support.
* Familiarity with debugging, deployment, and enhancement activities.
* Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
