📌 Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant / Lead (5+ years experience) to drive end-to-end delivery of a complex SF Implementation. This role will own architecture, integrations, Agile execution, and stakeholder management.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Solution Architecture & Design

  • Define end-to-end architecture across:
    • Salesforce OMS
    • Shopify
    • ERP (Dynamics NAV)
    • 3PL systems
  • Design:
    • Order orchestration flows
    • Inventory models (AFS, ATP, allocation logic)
    • Integration patterns

🔹 Agile Program Leadership

  • Lead Sprint Planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery governance
  • Drive Sprint execution across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure alignment across business, QA, and integration teams

🔹 Advanced Salesforce Development

  • Lead development of:
    • Complex Apex logic
    • Scalable LWC components
    • Automation frameworks
  • Implement:
    • Order lifecycle (ingestion → allocation → fulfillment → returns)
    • Exception handling (duplicate orders, retries, cancellations)

🔹 Integration Architecture

  • Own integrations including:
    • Shopify ↔ OMS (order ingestion, status updates)
    • OMS ↔ ERP (orders, cancellations, item master)
    • OMS ↔ 3PL (inventory, shipment confirmations)
  • Define API contracts and integration standards
  • Work closely with middleware (Apache NiFi)

🔹 Data Migration & Cutover Strategy

  • Lead:
    • Historical data migration (orders, invoices, RMAs)
    • Cutover & rollback strategy
    • Parallel run execution

🔹 Quality Assurance & Release

  • Oversee:
    • SIT, Regression Testing, UAT support
  • Ensure production readiness:
    • Deployment strategy
    • Go-Live & Hypercare planning

🔹 Business Process Ownership

  • Design and validate:
    • Order prioritization & allocation rules
    • Returns, refunds, cancellations
    • Exception frameworks (duplicate detection, SKU substitution)

🔹 Stakeholder Management

  • Work with:
    • Business stakeholders
    • Product Owners
    • External vendors
  • Lead workshops and solution walkthroughs

🧠 Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex, LWC, Integration patterns
    • Salesforce OMS / Order Management
  • Deep understanding of:
    • eCommerce flows (D2C, international, discounts, returns)
    • Inventory concepts (ATP, AFS, allocation)

Good to Have

  • Experience with:
    • Shopify, TMALL, GMA integrations
    • 3PL systems
    • Middleware like Apache NiFi
  • Knowledge of:
    • ETL & Data migration tools
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce PD1, Admin, Sales Cloud (All 3 must have)
    • App builder, Service Cloud (Good to Have)
    • Javascript Developer (Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering / Technology
