Job Description & Requirements:
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
• Data Modelling, Management and Security, SFDC Configuration
• Lightning Experience Development required, Lightning Data Service Basics for Aura Components
• Lightning Web Components Basics
• Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues
• Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans
• Recommend changes in configuration, maintenance, and standards
• Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations
• Identify current data gaps
• Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements
• Define system interface requirements
Skill and Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the field of CRM Systems, development experience, Code improvement on Salesforce systems
• Salesforce Certification - Platform developer 1/ 2
• Preferred Salesforce Badges - Lightning Badges, Apex Badges , Security Badge, Integration badge, Deployment Badge, Aura Components Specialist, Advanced Apex Specialist
• Demonstrated successful track record with Salesforce system implementations is required
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
