Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

CPQ Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements. Customize Salesforce CPQ functionalities including product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes. Develop complex configuration, pricing, and quoting logic to automate business processes. Create and maintain CPQ product catalog, product bundles, and options.

Integration & Customization: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Implement best practices for Salesforce CPQ development and ensure high performance and scalability.

AMS Experience: Provide Application Management Services (AMS) for Salesforce CPQ, ensuring continuous support and enhancements.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades.  Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users and administrators.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand and deliver business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization. Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

AMS Experience: Proven experience in providing AMS for Salesforce CPQ or similar systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system issues.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II (preferred).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
