Job Description:
The Training Coordinator position involves planning and executing training programs for transition to SAP S/4HANA, including developing training material content, scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and training users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate training: Develop the overall training strategy and schedule for the S/4HANA implementation, managing logistics and timelines.
- Develop training content: Create and refine training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, presentations, and other content tailored to different roles and skill levels.
- Deliver training: Lead training sessions and workshops using various methods (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, e-learning).
- Track progress and report: Monitor training delivery against the project plan, gather feedback, and report on progress and key metrics to project leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with project managers, functional leads, and the change management team to ensure training aligns with overall project goals and communication strategies.
- Support end-users: Provide support during and after go-live, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are completed on schedule.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge: Understanding of SAP systems, ideally with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, or the ability to quickly learn and apply the knowledge to training content.
- Training development: Proficiency in creating a variety of training materials and assessing their effectiveness.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various teams and individuals across the organization.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail for managing schedules, documentation, and tracking progress.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project needs and handle unexpected challenges that may arise.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools. Experience with tools like SAP Enable Now or any other tools is a plus.
