Job Description:
Position Overview: The Training position will focus on leading the people-side of an S/4HANA transition to ensure successful user adoption and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand and prepare the organization for change. Conduct Training, and create Training documents by understanding process.
Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Training: Develop and execute training strategies and frameworks to enable end-users for the new system and processes.
Stakeholder engagement: Partner with business leaders and users to build support, address resistance, and foster adoption throughout the transition.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to align change activities with the overall project plan.
Metrics and reporting: Track and report on OCM activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven training experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with multiple implementations.
Strong Expertise in impact analysis, stakeholder management, and communication.
Experience designing and delivering end-user training programs.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in fast-paced, multi-regional experience is preferred
Experience in Chemical industry is a big plus
Excellent documentation and presentation skills is required
