Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Expert
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM -11:30 PM IST

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Expert with 10–12 years of overall experience in SAP HCM and 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Time Off and Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Time Off, RBP (Role-Based Permissions), Position Management, Foundation Objects, and Employee Data Management within EC.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and support ongoing enhancements in global implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions.

Work with business and HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to time off policies, leave types, accruals, and entitlements.

Design and configure Time Off elements such as time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and absence management.

Manage Employee Central configuration including Foundation Objects, Succession Data Models, Event Reason Derivations, and Workflow Rules.

Set up and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure secure and accurate access control across modules.

Ensure system configuration aligns with business processes and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.

Perform end-to-end testing including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements or enhancements.

Prepare documentation such as configuration workbooks, functional specifications, process flows, and user training materials.

Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates, new features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:

10–12 years of overall experience in SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Off configuration and implementation.

Proven experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) including permission groups, roles, and security troubleshooting.

Experience with EC Data Import/Export templates and mass data loads.

Ability to design and configure complex accrual rules, eligibility rules, and custom validations.

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and standard integration touchpoints (excluding Payroll).

Hands-on experience in managing Time Off country-specific configurations.

Good knowledge of system lifecycle processes including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and/or Time Off.

Experience in multi-country rollouts and global HR processes.

Exposure to Clock In Clock Out (CICO) or Time Tracking modules is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like SAP Report Center, Advanced Reporting, or Story Reports.
