Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Customization and Configuration:
  • Configure SAP SD functionality in alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and FI (Financial Accounting).
• Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues.
  • Resolve system bugs and performance issues, working with development teams when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation, including configuration, testing scripts, and training materials.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD modules.
  • Ensure that the system meets business requirements and that the configuration aligns with industry standards.
• User Training and Knowledge Transfer:
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on the SAP SD module.
  • Prepare user documentation and manuals.
  • Provide assistance to end users as necessary.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA support and enhancements.
  • Minimum 1 E2E Implementation experience as Consultant
  • Experience in integrating SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including order-to-cash (O2C) cycle.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality.
  • Expertise in SAP configuration of sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, and credit management.
  • Experience with SAP user interfaces (eg. pagero, mitre 10 etc.) will be add on.
• Certifications:
  • SAP SD Certification (Preferred).
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification (Preferred).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
