Position: SAP QM Consultant
Technology: SAP ECC 6.0 – Quality Management
Experience Required: 12+ years
Shift Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC 6.0 Quality Management (QM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP QM processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, understand quality-related business requirements, design solutions, perform configurations, and support QM-related operations across the organization.
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Quality Management processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP QM functionalities, including:
- Quality Planning
- Quality Inspection
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Certificates
- Results Recording
- Usage Decisions
- Stability Study configurations
- Manage end-to-end QM processes including In-process, Inbound, Outbound, and Vendor Quality Management.
- Configure inspection types, sampling procedures, MICs, catalogs, inspection plans, and control keys.
- Create and maintain master data related to QM.
Integration Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with:
- SAP MM (Procurement & Inventory Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Support QM integration with shop-floor and LIMS systems
