Job Description: 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM) Consultant with expertise Hands on all PPQM scenarios in SAP PP/QM module (Process + Discrete). The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

 

  • Minimum of 5+ years of SAP PP/QM End to End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects.
  • SAP Navigation and Configuration: Proficiency in configuring and customizing PP/ QM module in SAP according to business requirements.
  • SAP PP Module Knowledge: Understand the functionalities and processes of SAP Production Planning module, including but not limited to: Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Master Data Management (Bill of Materials, Work Centers, Routings), Production Orders and Process Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, Variant Configuration, 
  • Demand Management etc.
  • SAP ECC ( S/4HANA – good to have) QM Module Knowledge: Deep understanding of the functionalities and processes within the SAP Quality Management module, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Control, Quality Certificates, Batch Management, Inspection Planning, Calibration Management.
  • Data Migration and Conversion, implementation and roll out: Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP, including understanding data structures, data cleansing, and conversion tools.
  • Integration Skills: Understand how the PP/QM module integrates with other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI) in SAP environment.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics functionalities within SAP, such as SAP Fiori apps, etc.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively, including gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and conveying technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in SAP PP/QM module, as SAP frequently releases new features and functionalities through service packs and updates.
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal, Effective communication, and presentation skills.

 

Good to have:
