Job Descriptions:

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP ME SDK Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our manufacturing IT team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing custom solutions using the SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) SDK, with a strong foundation in Java, Web technologies, and integration with SAP ERP systems.
• This role involves design, development, deployment, and support of manufacturing solutions within the SAP ME landscape.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and enhancements using SAP ME SDK.   Extend and customize standard SAP ME functionalities using Java-based SDK.
• Create and modify User Interface components using JSP, HTML, and JavaScript.   Integrate SAP ME with SAP ERP (PP, QM, MM, EWM) and other shop-floor systems. 
• Support end-to-end application lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ME modules.  
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and manufacturing stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, development processes, and user guides.   Provide post-deployment support, bug fixing, and performance tuning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:  

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ME SDK development.  
• Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.   Experience with SAP ME components, including PODs, Data Collection, Routing, and NCs.  
• Familiarity with SAP MEINT for integration scenarios.  
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.  
• Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP (preferably PP/QM modules).  
• Proficient in SQL and database queryingPreferred Qualifications:   3 to 5 years of experience with SAP ME   Exposure to SAP MII and other MES platforms.
