Job Description: 

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Master Data Upload Consultant ( MDM) with SAP master data upload/ migration experience with strong technical and functional expertise in executing and delivering a complex migration project from non-SAP ECC to SAP. The candidate will be responsible for data migration to SAP Target System from a current non SAP ECC system to ensure a seamless transition, while providing expert guidance and support to master data team and clients throughout business mapping, build of solutions( added advantage SAP Data Services, SAP Data Migration Cockpit) LSMW, BDC, BAPI along with testing and cutover activities of their journey to SAP S/4HANA.

Top 3 skills:

1. Strong hands-on experience in SAP LSMW creation and Data upload and error resolution.

2. Mapping data – connecting with functionals and business, Knowledge on SAP tables, views required for data extraction and mapping 

3. Data cleansing and validation.

Key Responsibilities: 

Functional and Technical Consulting:

• Collaborate with business, conduct mapping sessions with business, and map the existing non-SAP ECC master data to SAP ECC master data
• Experience in migrating master data of SAP modules FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, into SAP ECC from non-SAP system
• Creating and validating LSMW
• Data Cleansing, Data Validation
• Mapping non-SAP ECC master data to SAP ECC data object/ field
• Data migration project experience using LSMW, BDC, BAPI etc
• Experience in executing BDC/BAPI custom upload programs in SAP for data upload
• Should be very good in excel.

Testing, Training, and Support: 

• Conduct testing, user acceptance testing for data accuracy and performance. 
• Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives. 
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Good communication.
• Challenge, recommend and develop solutions implementing with Best practices.
• Strong analytical Skills to analyze complex business data, identify potential issues, business.
• SAP Certification is preferred.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration.

Good to have:

• SAP data services (BODS) into S4HANA implementation and support project experience.
• Strong experience in SAP Data migration cockpit and knowledge on SAP Data services (BODS). 
• S4 HANA MDM
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical

Nice to Have

• Understanding and working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and potential integration scenarios using MDG.
