- Personnel Administration, Time Management and Organizational Management configuration / updates
- Payroll support – Time or Payroll Errors
- Custom ABAP Programming – extracts /interfaces and reports management – business requirements to support ABAP changes
- Year End Configuration – Payroll periods, holiday calendars work schedules – HR – calendar – Payroll – Amy Koon for periods
- Interface Support – HR Master Data, Pay Components, Absences and PTO Accruals, Callidus
- Change Requests in flight
- Integration of HR Master Data – monitor, execute off cycle runs, direct data maintenance
