Job Description:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience Candidate should have min 5 years of Techno-Functional experience in SAP CRM Sales, Service & Marketing functionalities, support projects.
• Should be able to lead design workshops, requirement gathering from business, providing the solutions to the new businesses as and when there is any new change in processes, should be able to handle the project, sub-project and enhancements.
• Must have experience in SAP CRM Service process along with CRM Billing, integration with ECC system. (E2E Service Process in SAP CRM)Must have experience in SAP CRM Sales Processes (Activity Management, Lead Management & Opportunity Management) and provide the solutions to business as and when required.
• Should be experienced in CTI integration with SAP system for the Interaction Center.
• Good knowledge of Middleware troubleshooting & debugging.
• Knowledge in TTE(Transaction Tax Engine) configurations.
• Experience in configuring SAP CRM middleware functions to ensure smoother replication of Master data and transactional data between SAP systems.
• He should be able review the SAP CRM related issues, the design, delivery of resolution and improvement plans to address these issues.
• Responsible for working closely with the key users with regards to the review and improvements of SAP CRM system.
• Responsible for supporting the delivery of SAP CRM solutions.
• Strong consulting skills and knowledge of business process mapping to SAP CRM and other SAP core module.
• Good experience about documenting the business process, ABAP Objects, and WRICEF.
• SAP CRM service process and base customization and Middle Ware.
• Good understanding in CRM/ TPM processes, related tables, master data, and understanding of integration with ECC SD, FI, Fund management and Claims processing Added advantage.
• Experience in integration environment with ECC, BI and other third-party systems and familiar with integration touch points.
• Experience in Data loads between ECC and CRM (Customers, Materials and Condition records), middleware enhancements - BDOC extensions.
• Hands on experience in CRM UI set up. AET configuration & related CRM classes.
• Knowledge and experience of CRM BOL/GENIL objects.
• Ability to code on BADI and Classes.
• Strong ABAP / ABAP on HANA expertise Good knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP CBP, SAP TPM, SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of integration with BW/ IP/ BPS / planning Engine is a plus.
• Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects.
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving.
• Able to prioritize work and balance competing demands.
