Role- Senior Functional consultant 

Exp-7-9yrs

Work Mode- Hybrid 

Shifts- 5.30pm to 2.30am IST

Skills- SAP CRM

Responsibilities: 

  • Functional consultant having 5-7 years of strong experience on SAP CRM and ECC related Sales processes.
  • Experience of Lead to Cash process using SAP CRM and ECC SD Module
  • Ability to influence key Business Process designs and work closely with Business counterpart on effective solutioning around order management
  • Strong exposure on handling Order to Cash processing in a global environment with expertise on localization.
  • Experience of order management using SAP Interaction Center, B2B Integration using SAP CRM or Hybris will be preferred
  • Extensively worked on CRM Webui, Business Roles, Base customization, Action profiles, Number ranges, outputs etc
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ECC master data Business Partners, Material Master, Vendors, Plants etc
  • Hands on experience of end to end testing for O2C processes including Quotes, Orders, Delivery, shipments, Invoices, EDI etc.
  • Have technical exposure to customizing features like User exits, badi etc
  • Understands CRM and ECC pricing configuration and process
  • Worked on CRM-ECC middleware Issues
  • Ability to mentor team on order management related business processes
